Dr. Jane Vu Ferrera was born and raised in Stockton, California. She graduated from Lincoln High School in 2000 as a valedictorian of her class. She obtained her Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry from the University of the Pacific in 2003. She stayed local to Northern California and attended the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2007.

Dr. Ferrera is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), and the San Mateo County Dental Society (SMCDS).

Dr. Ferrera has a strong affinity for beauty and function with a focus on aesthetic and preventative dentistry. She is dedicated in providing the latest in dental technology and advancements by taking continuing educational courses yearly in general and cosmetic dentistry.

Community service is a value to Dr. Ferrera. She has participated in numerous screenings providing dental care to under served communities in the Bay Area. She has also participated in dental missions around the world including Ecuador, and Peru where she has provided emergency dental treatment to native residents.

She aims to educate and make her patients feel comfortable at each and every appointment.

While she is away from the office, Dr. Ferrera enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys snowboarding, traveling, watching 49ers football, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle working out at her Crossfit gym.
